卡式达面包,葱花肉松卷



bread flour 200g
cake flour 50g
yeast 2.5g
milk 152g
sugar 40g
salt 2.5g
mix all well
add butter 40g

bake 200C for 8 ~ 10 minutes

Custard cream
1. 1tbsp flour
2. 1tbsp corn starch
3. 2tbsp sugar
4. 2tbsp milk
mix well
5. stir in beaten egg
6. add 1cup of milk
7. heat over a saucepan of simmering water until thicken
