

本来是要x'mas做的,可是那天太多东西了。
嗯,是一个很容易膩的甜点,我觉得这个食谱可以作成六人份(instead 四人份),糖分也可以再少一点。配上一杯无糖咖啡应该就很赞了。
1.6 oz semisweet or bitter sweet chocolate
2. 6 oz butter (diced, room tempearture)
3. 3 eggs
4. 1/2 cup sugar (我觉得1/3cup就好了)。
5. 1/3 cup flour
a. preheat oven to 350F
b. melt chocolate on low flame in a bain-marie (就是隔水加热融化巧克力啦)
c. when melted, take off flame, stir in diced butter, until it melts
d. in another bowl, beat egges and sugar until it starts to whiten
e. stir in melted chocolate and then the flour
5. butter 6 individual ramekins, and pour in chocolate batter
6. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes
7. let it cool for 1 minute
8. Tip ramekins upside down onto dessert plates and serve while it is still warm.
ps. batter can be prepared ahead and bake before serving.
